We understand things don't always go to plan, so if you have a problem with your order please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order to see how we can help.

Vintage wear
Most of our pieces are vintage or preloved, so they will show signs of wear. We do our best to describe the condition of our pieces and provide photographs of any imperfections. We do not provide returns due expected vintage wear, but if you feel we have grossly misdescribed an item, please reach out to us so that we resolve the issue.

Change of mind
We do not accept returns due to change of mind, but if you are unhappy with your item please reach out to us to see what we can do to help.

How to request a return:
Please ensure the item is in it's original condition, unworn or washed, and original tags are attached. Then email hello@mothshop.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Item in question
- Explanation of issue
We will then be in touch <3
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are encouraged to use a tracked service as we cannot process returns lost in transit. Depending on your issue we maybe be able to offer either a return to your original payment method, an exchange, or a store credit.
